Can you use a helping hand?
If you tend to be thoughtful, sensitive, creative, or kind—and feel stuck when it comes to managing a life challenge—you’ve come to the right place.
My name is Ralph Clemments, and I’m a counselor and life coach. As a kindred spirit who understands the quieter, more reflective side of life, I offer insight, understanding, and compassion to help you manage stress, adapt to life changes, and nurture your relationships—both within yourself and with others—in ways that are authentic and comfortable for you.
Why Me
I bring 35 years of experience as a creative professional, over 15 years as a healthcare professional, and training in life coaching, couples communication, professional speaking, and theatrical improvisation. In addition, over the years I’ve developed a variety of stress-reduction techniques that work especially well for those of us with a contemplative nature.
Ways I can support and care for you:
• Counseling—be deeply listened to and receive gentle guidance
